Somatic Exercises for Stress and Anxiety is a beginner-friendly, 10-day course designed to introduce you to simple, body-based practices that can support relaxation, grounding, body awareness, and nervous system regulation.
Somatic movement focuses onhow movement feels from the inside, rather than how it looks. You don't need to be flexible, fit, or experienced. There is no perfect way to do the exercises. The goal is simply to slow down, notice what is happening in your body, and explore movements that feel supportive to you.
Throughout this course, you will explore a variety of gentle somatic practices, including
You will also learn about the nervous system and common stress responses, includingfight, flight, freeze, and fawn. You'll begin to recognize how stress can show up in your body and build a personal toolkit of practices you can return to in everyday life.
The course also includesbefore-and-after self-evaluations and reflection exercises so you can notice your starting point, reflect on your experience, and identify which practices feel most supportive for you.
