Description
Ya'at'eeh! This journey accompanies the book titled "Hózhǫ́" by Granddaughter Crow. This journey invites you into an exploration of the Four Bodies of Existence-a framework rooted in Indigenous wisdom that reshapes how you understand yourself and the story you are living.
Together, we will examine the narrative you carry-both conscious and unseen-and ask whether it truly reflects the fullness of who you are. What if the limitations you believe about yourself are inherited, incomplete, or misaligned? What if your body, heart, mind, and soul have been speaking all along, waiting to be heard as a unified intelligence?
Through guided reflection, embodied practice, and structured inquiry, you will explore:
- The Physical Body - instinctual intelligence
- The Heart - relational and connecting intelligence
- The Mind - logical and reasoning intelligence
- The Soul - the animating life-force of knowing
Rather than treating these as abstract concepts, this course approaches each body as a living presence within you. You will learn to recognize how they communicate, where they are in harmony, and where they may be out of alignment.
Through journaling, experiential exercises, and dialogue, you will begin to reconstruct your inner narrative from a place of wholeness rather than fragmentation. This is not self-improvement. It is self-remembering. By the end of our time together, you will carry a deeper awareness of your authentic story and a clearer path toward living it with integration, balance, and intention.
